VOİCERESS reports that the statement came from the Pakistani Foreign Ministry.

The statement said that Pakistan supports the settlement of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict within the framework of international law and UN Security Council resolutions:

“We are pleased that the parties have reached a ceasefire. We hope that this will lead to a new period of stability and prosperity in the region and will facilitate the return of IDPs to their homes.”
