The lawsuit filed by Russia’s Ministry of Justice before the country’s Supreme Court in order for the All-Russian Azerbaijani Congress to be liquidated is a controversial move.
VOİCEPRESS reports that MP Elman Nasirov said it to the Trend.According to his words,this step casts a shadow to the development of Russia and Azerbaijan strategic partnership.
“The relationships between both countries are are undergoing multi-parametric development.
In the fundamental issues the position of Azerbaijan and Russia overlaps.
Azerbaijan has never joined those sanctions which were imposed against Russia by some countries especially by USA.
On this issue, pressure have been exerted on Azerbaijan by those countries.
But in spite of this,Azerbaijan has never joined sanctions against Russia”.
MP has also said that,in Russia the aim of certain circles,pro Armenian forces is to damage a developing relationships between Russia and Azerbaijan.
“All- Russian Azerbaijani Congress has always contributed to the development of relationships between Russia and Azerbaijan.
The claim which Russia’s Ministry of Justice filed about liquidation of this Congress has made concern Azerbaijan society.
We can’t allow to fulfil the intention of Anti-Azerbaijan circles and pro-Armenian forces like this.
We believe that Russia’s leadership will interfere objectively in this issue and the intention of anti-Azerbaijan circles will not cometrue”.
Note that, Russia's Ministry of justice will be holding a court process regarding liquidation of registration on the 15 of May.
